These cuffs are water-resistant, though completely saturating them is not recommended.
Once you’ve clasped your cuff and the fishing lines and beads have formed a circle, the cuff will no longer lie completely flat. The bead strands will bend if you attempt to flatten the cuff, and this is normal. This occurs because the fishing line is not elastic.
